Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and PublishTempo when you use our website and content publishing tools.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You give PublishTempo a limited license to store, process, format, and transmit content only as needed to provide the service and carry out the publishing instructions you give us.
3. Acceptable use
You may publish only content you own or are authorized to use. You may not use PublishTempo for spam, deceptive activity, impersonation, malware, rights infringement, or content that violates applicable law or a connected platform’s rules. Do not remove creator attribution or add deceptive watermarks.
4. Connected platforms
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other services are independent third parties. Your use of each is also governed by that platform’s terms. Platform availability, permissions, limits, and review status may affect whether and how a post can be published.
5. Creator consent and control
PublishTempo sends content only after you select a destination and confirm the publishing settings shown to you. You can disconnect a channel at any time. Scheduled content may already be processing close to its publish time, so cancel early where possible.
6. Availability
We work to keep PublishTempo reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may change features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or improve the product.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PublishTempo at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal requirements. You can request account deletion using our data deletion page.
